At above service of us We dismantle Shaft generator alternator of our customer.Job has done at Anchorage area of Istanbul.Due to Bearing damage rotoar ,stator and exciters were burn down.Alternator was at very hard place we use 10 chain blocks at harmony for transportaion of Alternator From it is place to vessel deck.Total operation took 36 hours continously.For this operation M/E Turbocharger filters dismantled,reduction gear pipe collectors dismantled,3 platforms and cat walk dismantled,otherwise Alternator was not passing.Under the skylight of engine room we discovered provision crane is not able to lift more than 2 tons but alternator was 3 tons. So we make rotor and stator 2 pieces.Than took to the deck.

After coming to our workshop we made rewinding job properly,balanced ,varnished,baked, we made our tests.We made test to AVR card.3 Week later vessel come to Other anchorage point of Turkey. We Go and Fixed alternator To position.Result was satisfactory.
